Card payments go straight to you. They run through your own Stripe account, so money lands in your bank on Stripe’s schedule. Stripe charges its standard card fees, as it would anywhere.

Cash and pay-at-pickup orders cost nothing. You choose whether delivery customers can pay at the door.

Your customers stay yours. Names, phone numbers and order history belong to your restaurant, not to a marketplace.

How an order goes

  1. A customer orders

    On your page at yourname.cravings.dev. Pickup or delivery, no pickles or extra cheese, paid by card or in person.

  2. Your kitchen hears it

    New orders chime on the kitchen screen. Accept, cook, and mark it ready.

  3. It goes out the door

    Pickup customers show a 4-digit code. Your driver checks the bag, delivers, and finishes with a photo and the customer’s code.

  4. You see how it went

    Sales by day, your busiest hours and best sellers, ready to download for your accountant.

What’s included

Your own ordering page
Your logo, colors, menu and hours, at yourname.cravings.dev. Link it from your website, Instagram and Google listing.
A menu that’s easy to change
Sizes and add-ons, plus what each dish comes with, so customers can ask for no onions or extra cheese. Mark anything sold out for the day.
Pickup and delivery
Set your delivery area, minimum and fee. Your own drivers deliver, and you decide if delivery must be paid by card.
A kitchen screen
Orders arrive with a chime on any tablet or computer. Turn down an order you can’t make, and a card hold is released.
A screen for your drivers
Invite drivers with a link. They see only the deliveries you give them, with directions and what to collect.
Last orders before closing
Stop taking pickup or delivery orders a few minutes before you close, so the kitchen isn’t surprised.
Card payments with Stripe
Customers pay when they order, with a tip if they like. Unfinished checkouts cancel themselves.
Reports
Sales, orders, average order and top sellers, compared with the period before, and every order as a spreadsheet.
